Moving from full-time in-house PR representation to an agency was a bit scary for us. We’re a small team managing a portfolio of four fledgling European technical outdoor brands in North America, comprising a total of seven separate retail seasons each year. With all of the moving parts and complexities involved with our business, we were seeking a dynamic PR partner with solid existing media relationships who was willing to do the legwork required to become intimately familiar with our brands, initiatives, and products, and effectively translate each to resonate with the North American trade and consumer media — and ultimately — our end consumer.
